At Design Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our design team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
