We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Do you offer fabric swatches before I purchase a sofa?
Yes, we provide complimentary fabric and leather swatches. You can request up to five samples through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure the color and texture match your home.
Is assembly required for your products?
Many of our smaller items come fully assembled. For larger items requiring assembly, we provide detailed instructions and all necessary hardware. You can also opt for our professional assembly service at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also monitor your status by logging into your Design Store account.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Design Store furniture pieces come with a limited one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and structural integrity under normal residential use.
